Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This covers unpacking the products, full factory inspection, minor scratch repairs, rebuffing all surfaces, repacking etc.

There is also a carriage charge of £42 each way. 

In the case of more serious damage to the product, we will need to pass on repair or replacement costs.

All costs are subject to VAT.

Returned goods will only be accepted in their original packaging, on their original pallet and suitably stabilised for transit.
